We selected Craigston Castle to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. I cannot imagine a better selection. From the moment we saw the castle, through the trees, on our arrival we knew our stay would be memorable. Barbara and Betta met us at the front door and grave us the grand tour and history of the castle. Their responsiveness to our needs and requests was amazing and enhanced our stay. Whether playing hide and seek in the castle or exploring the trails and meadows in the surrounding forrest there was no need for electronic entertainment, much to our grandchildren’s surprise. The castle is perfectly located for exploring the Northeastern Highlands and coast. However, we opted to spend most of our time at the Craigston Castle. Truly , a once in a lifetime experience
