The Craigston North Lodge

On the Estate we also have a nice cottage, renovated in January 2019, that can comfortably accommodate 5 people.

Situated at the North entrance of the Estate, the Lodge, is just 5-10 minutes’ walk from the castle.

It is a 2 storey, 3-bedroom cottage with kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove and dining area, 2 bathrooms and a nice private garden with BBQ.

“Such a warm and cosy cottage, we found it well equipped and so peaceful. We loved the ‘dog box’ with treats, bowls etc which made us feel that our dog was as welcome as we were. Elisabetta responded promptly to any requests and was friendly and supportive, throughout our stay.”

One bedroom (twin or double) is located on the ground floor, with a further two upstairs (one twin or double and one single with underbed). One bathroom (with bath and shower over) is on the ground floor and the other (with bath) on the first floor.

It is perfect for families or for entertaining and meeting friends.

There is parking for 2 cars.

Dogs Allowed: YES. Maximum of 2 only. Additional charge per booking. Restricted to ground floor only.

Check in / Check out: Guests are welcome to arrive from 4:00pm and are asked to leave by 10:00am on the day of departure.

It is self-catering with prices starting at £440 per week. Towels, bed sheets and soap are provided.
