A beautiful spot for dinner, of ‘Local Hero’ fame

We are excited to share news that the restaurant at Pennan Inn reopened on 26th April 2024, for two days a week.

Pennan is a picturesque village made up of a few dozen houses on a single street, right on the beach. It was made famous by the blockbuster film ‘Local Hero’ (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085859/) in 1983.

A scenic 20 minute drive to the coast from Craigston, Pennan would be a beautiful destination for dinner.
