Full planning permission for an enabling development of 14 houses has been granted by planners. There will be a mixture of 4, 5 and 6 bedroom houses set in traditional steading type layouts. The houses will be built using modern eco-materials but fitting very much into the local vernacular. We are now looking for a partner to either purchase the development opportunity (with the revenue being diverted to the steading restoration – see earlier post) or to develop it with us.
